We proudly present the Ford Mustang GT Twin Turbo. A sound effect library packed full of engine growls, exhaust burbles, and all the beastly sounds you’d expect from such an icon of American Muscle. The 5.0L V8 Mustang was recorded with eighteen high-quality microphones positioned in and around the car. This included mics fastened inside the engine bay, above the exhausts and positioned inside air intakes. Everything was captured – from the smallest exhaust splutter to the largest growling rev. Trackside material was captured from four microphone rigs positioned along the racetrack.
Four channel ambisonic files were recorded from the interior and trackside perspectives, perfect for surround and VR applications.
What makes our libraries special is that every recorder is timecode synced for simple DAW session reconstruction making it incredibly easy to sync every mic perspective from a chosen manoeuvre.
Delivered unprocessed in 96kHz, 24bit the library contains detail, nuance and offers you full creative freedom.
